This article explains the factual situation of the recognition of Legal Pluralism in Mexico, the way it has been handled out in a formal way and how Diversity has become a challenge in Mexico. Cultural rights are in a process of discovery and recognition, and have been focus as a way to restrict indigenous rights’ instead of a broad way that can fit all indigenous people with respect and consideration to the national legal order.Downloads
