Even though water is considered a human right, there are still situations of calamity that persist in putting human dignity at risk without unrestricted access to it. This article aimed to analyze water as a human right and its convergence with Bioethics. In order to do so, the article intended to analyze the scientific publications on Water and Human Rights through a literature review in Latin American databases. Through bioethics, it also sought to raise awareness of the biological, social, political and environmental consequences of the restriction of this right, since the world is facing a lot of decisions and behaviors that endanger all living beings.</em></p> ER -
