Desencantados digitales en plataformas colaborativas

Un antes y un después de la incorporación de Internet

Resumen

La transformación de entidades de economía colaborativa (relacionadas con aspectos como la movilidad o la hospitalidad viajera) desde servicios analógicos hacia plataformas online ha desencadenado una serie de fenómenos, uno de los cuales es el desencanto digital. Este efecto no depende de los diferentes tipos de usuarios que forman parte de estas colectividades, sino de la relación de las personas con el uso de Internet y con la existencia mediada por artefactos tecnológicos en sus vivencias cotidianas. He podido establecer conclusiones tan significativas como que Internet ha difundido más y mejor los postulados de lo colaborativo que el propio ejercicio de la práctica colaborativa. O que, a pesar de su potencialidad cosmopolita, también ha funcionado más como un impedimento que como un estímulo a la creación y mantenimiento de redes de colaboración.
