Resumen

En este estudio la autora revisa la naturaleza particular de la criminalidad femenina y propone un paradigma criminológico sobre la relación existente entre género y delito. El objetivo de esta investigación sobre la conducta criminal femenina es destacar las tendencias que se aprecian en la criminología presentando una perspectiva general de las teorías sobre dicha criminalidad, para de esta forma explicar la relevancia de la presencia femenina en delitos graves como el crimen organizado. La discusión ofrece un "método de investigación feminista" para estudiar la relación entre género y delito.
