3x3 basketball emerges at the beginning of the 21st century, having a street origin, manages to become popular and professionalized; however, the scientific literature related to 3x3 basketball is scarce. The aim of the present study was to analyse the technical-tactical performance indicators in elite women's 3x3 basketball games from the beginning of the offense phase to the end of the game. A total of 298 phases of play belonging to four games of the final phase of the Women's 3x3 Basketball World Cup 2023 were analysed. For each of the offensive phases, variables were analysed, classified according to whether they belonged to the beginning, development, or end of the offensive phase. The analysis of the game actions was developed by the Lince Win program. The most outstanding results show that: (a) the running shot is the most used and most effective finish; (b) collective play is reduced, both when making use of the pass, as well as resources involving the participation of two or more players; (c) the 1x1 is the numerical situation that is most played; (d) the presence in the team of a very offensively skilled player has a high influence on the outcome of the competition y (e) transitions from defense to offense, generate offensive situations more favorable to success than the positional offense phase with serve from headers. This data can be used by coaches to adapt their sessions to the needs of the competition to manage victory; as well as by professional 3x3 players. This modality presents some characteristics and needs that differ from the 5x5, identifying and analysing them for their subsequent application in the real game leads to the improvement of the 3x3 game.
