Public financial instruments to achieve the extrajudicial resolution of disputes in the field of rental of commercial premises: experiences in Catalonia

There is a set of financial instruments that can be offered to entrepreneurs of economic activities so that they can renegotiate the rent of their commercial premises and achieve a reduction in it. These aids can prevent the closure of the activity with the consequences it has for the social and economic environment in the municipality where the business is located.
