En este trabajo se exponen las conclusiones derivadas del análisis de las cerámicas medievales del S. XIII puestas en relación con las estratigrafías documentadas en la Región de Murcia y con las propias características sociales, económicas y políticas de las sociedades que las produjeron, islámicas o cristianas, proponiendo una nueva cronología para los conjuntos materiales del S. XIII más acorde con la realidad arqueológica.
