Abstract

This paper deals the article 1, paragraph 2, of Mexican Constitution, as legal hermeneutic standard of Human Rights in comparison with the 10.1 Spanish constitution clause. My intention, is to detect the similarities and differences between one and other texts. Thereby, I explain the important meaning of this clause in Mexican constitutional law because of incorporating international human rights law in domestic law is already one of the biggest pending assignments by judges of this country.
