Abstract

The present paper defends the museum accessibility, not only physical accessibility but free cultural access for all. The goal is to make society be conscious about the importance of museums to be ready to accept any segments of the society. The methodology is descriptive, and in this sense, we describe different types of accessibility and the steps to make it possible. As result we explain a novel Project carrying on at the Museum Reina Sofia in Madrid which is based on the real needs of people to access to culture.
