Community freedoms as a foundation of the right to assistance cross-border sanitary. How is this right justified after Brexit?

This paper is about the right to healthcare and access to healthcare benefits in the EU before and after Brexit. This phenomenon has changed the relations of the EU and the Member States with the United Kingdom, and this has affected both the rights of British citizens in other EU Member States and those of citizens of other States residing in the United Kingdom. or who want to move to it. We are going to focus on the right to cross-border healthcare, first of all because this is a particularly complex right in the EU that finds its foundation in the need to guarantee the Community's freedoms of free movement and freedom to provide services. Something that when the United Kingdom withdraws from the EU loses all justification and, second, because Spain is one of the preferred destinations for the British both for tourism and for moving their residence once they reach retirement age.
