Abstract

The Civil Registry Law has been amended by Law 8/2021 allowing access to support measures for people with disabilities in the exercise of its legal capacity. The Civil Registry becomes a centerpiece, as it will make effective the preference that the new system attributes to the voluntary measures envisaged by a person in respect of himself or his property.
