From crime to law: commentary on law 3/2021 of 24 march, regulating euthanasia

Abstract

Organic Law 3/2021, of 24th march, on the regulation of euthanasia, introduces into our legal system the right of any person who fulfils the required conditions to request and receive the necessary help to die, the procedure to be followed and the guarantees to be observed, as well as determining the duties of the health personnel who attend to the applicants and their families and the obligations of the administrations and institutions concerned to ensure the correct exercise of the right recognised in this Law.
