The type ATU 707, called The Three Golden Children, has a wide transmission in the oral tradition of numerous cultures. This influence is also shown in several international publications of written versions that have naturally contributed to the durability of this type. This work proposes an analysis of the compiled versions up to now in the Corpus de Literatura Oral. From a comparative perspective, the different versions will be compared and the variations between them will be discussed, alluding, also, to the link that exists between this and other types of tales of magic.
