Abstract

The present paper deals with the significance of using a proper language in order to create an ideal situation between women and men in different aspects of life. To obtain gender equality in the working means is important to make changes, adjustments in the fields of like in order to make our minds changed. After the Equity Act appears a new space where is possible a collective bargaining to fight against the job discrimination. We must realize that the language is the social instrument which makes possible any understanding between men and women, and it helps as well to build a new and modern identity based on gender equality.
