This jurisprudential analysis examines judgment 4624/2025 of the Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia, which annulled certain articles of Decree 91/2024, of May 14, concerning the language regime of the non-university education system in Catalonia. In this judgment, the Court overturned the imposition of Catalan as the sole and exclusive language in classrooms, establishing a position of constitutional coexistence between Spanish and Catalan.
