NECESSITY OF AN OMBUDSMAN FOR CASTILLA-LA MANCHA

Abstract

On 20 December 2001, by Act of the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha, was created the autonomic Ombudsman, Commissioner of them and with the task of supervising the activity of the Administration. The institution has been abolished, also by an Act of this Parliament.  Our intention consists in showing in this article how useful has been its existence to the castellano-manchegos as well as explain the process that has finished with its disappearance and which have been, in our opinion, the true reasons that have inspired the decision of abolishing it.
