 7. SELECTION OF WORKS SUBMITTED

The works received for publication will follow the following procedure:

After a first review by the Editorial Board, manuscripts are then further assigned to two external reviewers for double-blind review. These external evaluators will prepare the corresponding report, based on both the formal and content quality criteria of the journal. According to these reports, the work will be accepted or rejected.

The author/s can suggest up to 3 possible external reviewers to assess their work, providing their full name, place of work and email. The proposal must be motivated. The Editorial Board will assess the relevance of this proposal.

Once the papers are evaluated by the reviewers, the author will be notified of the result of review. In the case the evaluation reports suggest modifications, the author will be required to incorporate those modifications, and then the paper will be evaluated again by the Editorial Board, or, if appropriate, sent back to the reviewers.

A paper can be rejected throughout the editorial process if the Editorial Board detects any irregularity.
