Desarrollo del pensamiento lógico por medio de la metodología de enseñanza ISLE

Se analiza la relevancia de la enseñanza científica con respecto a otras disciplinas, la importancia de mejorar los métodos de enseñanza de las ciencias con el objetivo de acercar la ciencia a los estudiantes en particular y a la sociedad en general, también considera la importancia del razonamiento lógico para la comprensión de conceptos científicos, y cómo mejorarlo buscando la manera de incrementarlo.
En la investigación se aplica la metodología de enseñanza ISLE durante ocho sesiones semanales. Ésta se basa en observar un fenómeno, los estudiantes dan una explicación, tratar de predecir qué pasaría si se modifica alguna característica del experimento, observar el fenómeno con esa modificación y, finalmente, recibir la explicación del profesor.
Realizamos un pretest y posttest utilizando el test de razonamiento lógico y observamos su incremento después de las sesiones. El cambio de nivel de razonamiento, comparado con otros estudios, también ha sido significativo.
