An approach to hydraulic heritage from the affects: the case of the Eugui reservoir (Navarra)

Throughout recent years, and especially the social sciences and humanities, have been influenced by what is called the “affective turn”. This new approach has brought with it a renewed look at affects and has become an important debate at a theoretical level that, however, has not had the same development on a methodological level. In this context, this work aims to analyze the feelings and emotions that an infrastructure of navarrese hydraulic heritage, the Eugui reservoir, generates among society, in general, and among local communities, in particular. To this end, the work proposal presented is focused on identifying the feelings and emotions present in the reviews that have been uploaded to Google in relation to said hydraulic infrastructure. This is carried out from R language programming environments, especially through the Syuzhet library.
