THE STUDY OF THE CIVIL ORGANIZATIONS. A perspective of the resources dependence theory
Abstract
This dissertation, concerning a theoretical discussion, tries to advance the theory in the study of the civil organizations. For this, I use the Resources Dependence Theory that when
applying it to studies of the civil organizations, it seems an innovating proposal that help to study the relations that they establish in a organizational environment in which they exchange the resources that every one requires to live. In this sense, this discussion offers elements that make possible the comprehension of the civil organizations as groups of interests; as well as the impact that generates your participation in policies, where they are crossed and chained among themselves.
