Abstract

In spite of mudejar population in the Kingdom of Jaén was a small number minority, we have to distinguish the influences that need a big quantity of persons from the others which only
require occasional contacts, but made in a frequent way, with the habits, in this case, with the bordered Kingdom of Granada. This fact can be perfectly proved by analyzing Los Hechos del Condestable, where it is shown an image of a character, Miguel Lucas de Iranzo, elevated by the King of Castile, Enrique IVth, despite of showing an hostility sense against moors population, because of his great passion, the war against them, bear witness to, in different aspects, a strong mauresquefilia, motivated by his desire of looking the nobility that he did not own, imitating the way of life from oriental culture.
