Abstract

Water is a very important resource in all societies, and involved in all aspects of life, regardless of social class or economic activity that is dedicated to every person, is a matter of life and development, determines the structure and social organization in urban and rural areas. You need to have a more open about water and not just see it as an economic imperative for the development of agriculture, but also as a social, cultural and political, as in a group of people include those aspects central to its development as a society. The social organization of water is given by the need to achieve sustainable management of available resources, and as in this case, the development of the community.
