Capital, the state and mobbing. Towards a sociogenética study of the historical causes of the phenomenon
Abstract
The work tries to maintain how it articulates historically, the appearance of mobbing like social problem. Part briefly from a sociogenetic perspective (Elías (1998). Firstly we presented
displayed a methodical proposal of analysis; immediately to review the coming of the capitalist system of production. Some visions of the coming of the national State and its bureaucratic conformation are exposed and confronted; the one that interprets and models the daily life of the subjects to the interior of the bureaucratic apparatuses and the generating companies of capital. Of we happened there to make a brief and incipient tracking than we considered can
be antecedent of the phenomenon at other times. Later a brief conceptual exercise is made of the phenomenon in some Literature on the matter, to show in what questions have not been grasped. On the matter, the appearance of the phenomenon from the concept, but from human attitudes does not look for that could at other times, being similar to this phenomenon.
