Abstract

The work tries to show happening of state and institutional the deterioration in that we located to the Indigenous Communities, where we conceived that the oligarchy in the power has refused to recognize the fights by the autonomies and the defense of rights like citizens and owners of its earth; then in background of these conflicts, has violence institutional, that can be observed from the concept which we have constructed, of social desinstitucionalización, the one that means a state practice, that is demonstrating day to day, with stopping doing of the Mexican state, neoliberal.
