Abstract

Elder people inhabiting the isolated areas of our communities, and those who have undertaken the most traditional tasks, had to adopt very significant changes in their cultural perceptions
after the arrival and adaptation of technical and technological advances that changed their lives. Although the assimilation of those new technologies was not questionable, their ways
of understanding the cultural universe and their thinking schemas still prevail. The life experience of these persons can help us to trace the anthropology of folk-lore, this is, people’s
knowledge.
