Impact of development programs in the mapuche rural community´s life quality. An agroecological approach.

Abstract

This study evaluates life quality of a rural community by a multidimensional valoration. The methodology employed considers five factors (including 15 variables): physiological impact, psycophysiological impact, cultural development, psychosocial state and enviromental dependency. Under the
conditions of the study the variables with lower values were health and rest (relief) and recreation (delight). The highest values variables were enviromental esthetic and labor according to aptitude (natural ability).
