LA VIOLENCIA INTRAFAMILIAR COMO CONSECUENCIA DEL CONSUMO DE ALCOHOL EN TRABAJADORES

Abstract

The alcoholism is a progressive and chronic disease that presents/displays symptoms that go from the malaise to the intense pain; it depends on several factors, mainly on the genetic predisposition and the familiar and social environment. The high present prevalence of the alcohol consumption indicates that the coexistence with a user of this substance is a situation that occurs with more frequency between the Mexican population. These circumstances, the diversity of the social problems and health that are associated with the consumption, becomes important source of tension and malaise for the members of the family. For that reason, this article is part of an investigation that it has by objective to analyze the alcoholism of the workers of the different branches

from the industry of the municipality of City Victoria, Tamaulipas; Mexico, in where the investigation was
divided in several lines of analysis being the one of them domestic violence in labor atmosphere and which it is
come off this articulate, for which histories of life of two protagonists of the carried out investigation are
analyzed, in where both histories were written so as, to way of general conclusion it settles down that the
alcohol is a risk factor, since it reduces the inhibition thresholds, but do not produce the violence. The
combination of violent ways for the resolution of conflicts with alcoholism usually increases to the degree of
violence and its frequency.
