Subjectivy and spectacle
Notes and general observations of a virtual ethnography about young people on Instagram

This article collects part of the results of virtual ethnographic research with young people on Instagram. With a method based on sociological surveys, in-depth interviews, floating and participant observation and autoethnography, the research tries to obtain an image of Spanish young people being on Instagram. The text outlines sketch of the subjectivity construction processes through the presentation and analysis of the autotale performances which youngs play on Instagram.
