La evolución de la función directiva en España a través de la legislación educativa: un recorrido por más de un siglo de historia
Abstract
Comprender el modelo directivo que prima en la actualidad en España requiere conocer su origen y trayectoria.
A continuación se realiza una amplia revisión de las leyes de educación españolas, con el objetivo de analizar la evolución que ha sufrido la dirección en base a la normativa vigente en cada momento, centrándonos en aspectos tales como el modo de elección, los requisitos para acceder al cargo, las funciones que se le asignan… entre otros. Teniendo en cuenta que son estos elementos los que determinan el tipo de modelo directivo.
A lo largo de esta revisión prevalece un modelo directivo no profesional y centrado en labores de gestión, que se aleja bastante de los rasgos que presenta la dirección en el resto de países de Europa. Este modelo acarrea bastantes problemas y aporta pocos aspectos favorables, siendo cada día más necesario emprender una reforma hacia los cánones europeos.Downloads
