Evaluación de competencias en el practicum de magisterio por tutores profesionales: propuesta de cuestionario

Según las características y competencias de la asignatura de Practicum en los Grados de Educación Primaria y Educación Infantil, ésta favorece aprendizajes referidos al desempeño y desarrollo de capacidades adquiridas, por el futuro maestro durante las prácticas.
En la evaluación de las mismas consideramos importante tener en cuenta, entre otros elementos, la valoración de su adquisición desde la perspectiva de los tutores profesionales, como agentes externos a dichos títulos, que al mismo tiempo colaboran en la formación de los estudiantes de Magisterio.
En nuestro estudio, se ha diseñado una herramienta para la evaluación de las competencias y resultados de aprendizaje asociados al Practicum en dichos títulos. Los resultados presentados corresponden a las evaluaciones realizadas por 521 docentes en ejercicio que han evaluado a igual número de alumnos de las titulaciones de Educación Infantil y Educación Primaria del Centro de Magisterio Virgen de Europa (adscrito a la Universidad de Cádiz).
