Formación inicial y permanente de la función tutorial

Abstract

Analizamos las valoraciones que tutores/as de distintas enseñanzas y etapas realizan respecto a su formación. Hemos elaborado una prueba que fue cumplimentada por 1350 tutores y tutoras de todas las comunidades autónomas de España, la cual alcanza un valor de 0.91 en el coeficiente de Cronbach. La formación inicial y permanente recibidas como tutor o tutora alcanza 2.8 y 3.9 puntos respectivamente (escala de 0 a 10 puntos).  Se valoran como importantes para su formación permanente diversos temas, con un recorrido desde 6.6 puntos respecto a la “normativa” hasta un máximo de 8.9 “resolución de conflictos y convivencia”. Se encuentran diferencias: las tutoras valoran mejor dichos temas para su formación que los tutores; el grupo de menor edad; los de centros privados concertados; Educación Primaria y los que emplean seis o más horas semanales en las tareas de tutoría.
