Algunas reflexiones sobre el proceso de reconocimiento administrativo de una denominación geográfica cualificada
Abstract
Tras realizar unas consideraciones generales sobre las denominaciones geográficas protegidas, el trabajo aborda el análisis de las causas de oposición a la solicitud de reconocimiento administrativo que han sido previstas por la normativa comunitaria. Se trata de una cuestión sumamente interesante que, gozando de actualidad en nuestro entorno más inmediato, exige un repaso tanto del régimen jurídico de las denominaciones geográficas, como de la normativa marcaria que despliega eficacia en la materia.
ABSTRACT
After carrying out some general considerations on protected geographical denominations, the paper approaches the analysis of the causes of opposition to the application of administrative recognition foreseen by the community normative. It is an extremely interesting issue that, enjoying present time in our more immediate environment, it demands a review of the legal regime of geographical designations, as first rules that deploys the efficiency.
