Emotions, play and high education

High education lacks the emotional development and despite the voices against focusing increasingly on the contents, the article proposes a review of the fundamental approaches to respect and relates it to university education through play.
In the second part the importance of play in the shaping of cultures in America is shown. It is given special importance to hedonism as contemporary constituent of use of our time and how adults recover their infantile states and playability. Finally some experiences of Colombian teachers using games in their learning process, and how they support the advantages obtained in the university classroom use are presented.
