Abstract

In Argentina, the area of public policy advocacy aimed at promoting social integration via multiculturalism has been focused around the educational and cultural hub. In this sense, the Bilingual Intercultural Education (IBE) is one of the eight categories in the National Education Law No. 26,206, according to Article 75, paragraph 17 of the Constitution. However, “other” learning experiences have been initiated, which attempt to deal with interculturalism understood as a “decolonizing political choice”, including in their educational projects praxis which advocate for structural changes, not only in the educational-cultural aspect, but also in an inclusive proposal of plurality based on the respect for an ethics of liberation. This paper aims to reflect on approaches anchored in decolonization action, which is the conceptual theoretical framework that serves as support to the Qompi Council’s Education Program in Pampa del Indio, Province of Chaco
