Abstract

In this paper, the author propose understand few social and political representation of the citizen like guarantee or no of the democracy, the ideological reproduction of the dominant
memory, and the configuration of another historical perspectives from the life, like a possibility of a critical and integral lectures, that makes possible a loyal approach of the
contemporary historical process that has been performance before the Constitution of 1999. In this opportunity, the point of view go from the instauration of the Council Community in the year 2006 to the beginning of 2009, using the sociological, history, and political perspective crossed by and decolonial think by the way of an ethical and epistemic perspective, with the intention to force a transdiciplinary praxis from the political anthropology.
