Abstract

The study has as intention to describe the aspects concerning of observation the camp held in an institution of public education, the city of Biguaçú. The institution was diagnosed with basis of three organizational variables, first, considering the environment physical, the environment socio-economic and cultural and finally management school. It was found that the institution does not have programs aimed to improve the school environment, as e.g, plans for excellence and quality of education, awards for teachers, programs that develop the participation of parents or community in question the relevance of education to improving the overall quality of life.
