Abstract

In this paper we present the data obtained from observations performed on several systems of human groups partially free of conventional norms. The objective of this is to prove that the hypothesis suggested by Retana-Salazar (2006), regarding the evolutionary development of Law, may in fact be real. This is a preliminary project that is expected to provide some empirical evidence on the development of social regulatory systems that allow the cohesion and structure of the group.
