Abstract

In this paper is analysed the possible evolutionary origin of right as a consequence of the social development of our species. Other species with similar social systems presents several rules for group living. Some of these rules are common in all the species with social behaviour. The development of socio-biology in last decades is an important tool in the determination
of social relations between internal groups of a society. These groups may be segregated by hierarchy, work or sex as well some other factors.
