Abstract

More and more workers are suffering from Burnout syndrome, a syndrome that causes chronic stress and work-related anxiety. Among their most common causes are doing a job that needs a lot of energy or working in areas that require a lot of attention. For its part, the field of Neurodidactic, is responsible for knowing the development of the functioning of the brain. If the focus on diversity in schools is combined with a lack of knowledge of the characteristics of each of the student’s diversities, the teacher may develop the so-called Burnout syndrome, caused by the constant attention this student body requires. In this paper Neurodidáctics is proposed as an aid to reduce the high levels of stress and anxiety suffered by teachers with Burnout syndrome, since if the functioning of the brain is known in students with functional diversity, the field of action with these students will be better known, and therefore, cases of teachers with anxiety will decrease.
