Abstract
ABSTRACT
In this study we propose an organic model about the process of strategic management of the family firm. From a revision of previous models we propose an organic perspective focused on the dimensions of organization, environment, strategy and performance. The proposed model highlights the co-evolution between these dimensions and the family and business systems, also in the organizational and dynamic aspects of the strategic process, and in the combination of the deliberate and emergent strategies. In this study we establish several applications of the model in the present context and proposals for future studies.
