Violin in Flamenco

Is there enough documentation that shows the role that the violin has played in flamenco throughout its history? What connection has this instrument maintained with this music? Are aspects related to the interpretation of flamenco through the violin known? This article aims to have knowledge of the presence of violin in flamenco throughout its career as an artistic manifestation. For this reason, it becomes especially important to carry out an in-depth investigation that locates all the documentation on the matter and that manages to provide a corpus of those researchs that, after a thorough study, have been concerned with clarifying the link between both fields.
