Religious Art in the Postmodern Era: From Exclusion to Acceptance

Monotheistic religions have long shaped art in distinct ways - through abstraction, sacred imagery, or intricate calligraphy. In the modern era, however, secular thought pushed religious art to the margins, favoring humanistic and rational ideals instead. This article argues for a post-secular shift that reconsiders religious art not as ideology, but as a compelling aesthetic language that deserves renewed attention within contemporary culture.
