Perception communautaire de l'impact des petites centrales hydroélectriques sur le tourisme de nature: étude de cas à Caquetá, Amazonie Colombienne

L'étude évalue la perception communautaire de l'impact potentiel des petites centrales hydroélectriques sur le tourisme de nature à Itarca, Norcasia et Santuario, Caquetá, Amazonie Colombienne. Deux cents résidents ont été interrogés et les données ont été analysées à l'aide de tableaux de contingence et d'une analyse en composantes principales (PCA). Les résultats révèlent des préoccupations concernant les impacts négatifs sur les écosystèmes, la biodiversité et l'économie du tourisme de nature, en particulier en aval du projet proposé. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de centrales hydroélectriques dans les rivières de Caquetá, il est crucial de réaliser des évaluations environnementales rigoureuses et d'adopter des mesures préventives. La participation communautaire est essentielle pour un développement durable, ainsi que la ratification de traités internationaux comme l'Accord d'Escazú et le respect de la décision STC4360 de 2018 pour améliorer la transparence de ces projets.
