Percepção comunitária sobre o impacto das pequenas centrais hidrelétricas no turismo de natureza: estudo de caso em Caquetá, Amazônia Colombiana

O estudo avalia a percepção comunitária sobre o impacto potencial das pequenas centrais hidrelétricas no turismo de natureza em Itarca, Norcasia e Santuario, Caquetá, Amazônia Colombiana. Foram entrevistados 200 residentes e os dados foram analisados com tabelas de contingência e análise de componentes principais (PCA). Os resultados revelam preocupações sobre impactos negativos nos ecossistemas, biodiversidade e economia do turismo de natureza, especialmente a jusante do projeto proposto. Embora não existam hidrelétricas nos rios de Caquetá, é crucial realizar avaliações ambientais rigorosas e adotar medidas preventivas. A participação comunitária é essencial para um desenvolvimento sustentável, assim como a ratificação de tratados internacionais como o Acordo de Escazú e o cumprimento da sentença STC4360 de 2018 para melhorar a transparência nesses projetos.
