Abstract

The monetary awards are one of the most studied but under-understood issues of existent literature in Management and marketing. Based on years of ethnographical research, the
present paper intends to fulfil the gap between what today specialists theoretically explain about motivation and monetary rewards, and their real fallouts. The process of motivation
not only suffers great damages when top-management adopts a policy of monetary awards, but also conflicts and competence surface. Paradoxically, whenever salaries are not serving as
they would be, results of the worker union pressures, the main goals of organization collapse
