This article addresses how, in today's society, dysfunctional emotional states generate physical responses that often go unnoticed, limiting self-perception and emotional regulation. In response to this problem, we set out to investigate how body self-perception can become a tool for improving individual and social well-being. To this end, we developed a workshop with participants from various disciplines, structured in three phases: theoretical-practical introduction, bodily exploration, and collective synthesis. During the phases, reflection dynamics, body narratives, and breathing exercises were applied. The results showed an increase in body and interoceptive awareness, better identification of emotional physiological signals, and the development of new forms of nonverbal expression. The study confirms that body self-perception not only contributes to individual improvement but also promotes social cohesion and the construction of more conscious communities.
