This article presents an observation about visual rhythm, shared rhythm and biorhythm within performative practice. Using methodologies grounded in performative experimentation and somatic attention, it examines how rhythmic patterns shape perception, scenic action and interaction. Findings indicate that visual rhythm supports compositional organisation, shared rhythm enhances synchronicity and biorhythm influences bodily availability and energy regulation. The integrated practice of rhythm contribute to improved improvisational quality, heightened performative listening, and the creation of more cohesive and sensorially attuned performance experiences. With the example of two performative pieces, one in duo format and the other in group format.
