NEW BUDGETS IN THE SCIENCES. Chaos and complexity
Abstract
In concrete we started off to insist on which the positivism blindness still dominant today has affected the development of social sciences it jeopardize the future with today uncertain
of the humanity. Briefly we reviewed the emergency of the foundations of the theory of the chaos; the one that happens, not to vary, of natural sciences (as if today it was not more and more difficult to maintain that a barrier between these exists and social sciences). Later we articulated elements of the theory of the chaos with elements of the theory of the complexity; like necessary approach today, for the understanding and the explanation of historical routine
character partner. That is to say, articulating this as well, to a vision of social sciences critics; trying as well, to locate to the information theory in the paradigm of the complexity and the
one of the chaos. Finally we outlined some other chaotic proposals for social sciences.
